Description of your department culture
We are a small department, with the advantage of small class sizes, individualized faculty attention, and a close working relationship between students and their research advisors. Because we are a small department, we do not have research opportunities in all areas of physics, so we are not a good fit for everyone. However, if your research interests lie in one of our department's specialities, we may be a great fit for you.
