Description of your department culture

The TCU Department of Physics & Astronomy is a small welcoming department with high interactions with research advisors. The small research groups allow graduate student to be key leader in their research, while still exploring cutting edge research using world class data and simulations. Graduate students are typically involved in SPS and have weekly research meetings, plus multiple social activities each semester.
